My printer will not print.
How do I add a network printer to my computer
- Click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Select Printers and Faxes
- Click add a printer
- Choose network printer
- Then choose search for network printers
- Select the printer that you wish to install and select, OK.
My monitor is having issues (Won't display an image or image appears distorted)
Ensure that your monitor is turned on. I have a computer that is having trouble accessing the internet.
Check the connection from the back of the computer to the wall; ensure that the Ethernet cable is securely attached at both ends. This did not work.Try to plug your computer's Ethernet cable into another network drop on the wall. This did not work.Go to "Start" then "Control Panel" and choose "Network Connections". You will see your network card in the list, be sure that it is enabled. If it is enabled, right click on it and choose "disable" the right click on it again and choose "enable". This did not work.Right click on "My Computer" and choose "Manage". When the box pops open, select "Device Manager". Click the plus sign next to "Network Adapters", select your network card, right click on it and choose "remove".
Go to the control panel and find add hardware and run the add hardware wizard. This did not work.Reboot your computer. Right when it turns back on, keep pressing F8. This will bring you to a menu with some options on how to run Windows. Choose the option that says "Safe Mode with Networking". After your desktop loads, try to get online. If you can get online using this method, you most likely have a virus, contact support immediately. This did not work.Please contact Support for further assistance with this issue

2. Right click on the C drive.
3. Go to Properties.
4. Click on the tab that says Tools.
5. Choose Defragment.
