This new Help Desk software is a sophisticated, user friendly web based enterprise package. It is fully integrated with Microsoft Active Directory and features a comprehensive search function and user security levels. This suite breaks support down to the user level, employees can effortlessly create, track, and trace work orders all the way through their process without having to contact the organization’s I.T. department. This ease of use frees up hundreds of hours per month in many organizations.

The Modular Facility Management Maintenance Package was a 14 month long design project and is currently in use at over 50 Panera Bread locations. This enterprise level Work Order System provides management with a permanent audit trail of all maintenance requests that are entered through the system and creates the ability to archive and track work order history 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This software allows for real-time access from maintenance personnel and management by allowing notes to be left on maintenance requests ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely manner. This solution also allows for an escalation process, time-date stamping and full ISO compliant auditing.
