Datacore created an enterprise software package to meet the needs of Howley Bread Group, LTD., franchise owners of over 20 Panera Bread locations. Prior to Datacore Consulting designing Howley Bread’s Work Order software, store-level maintenance requests were submitted via telephone and/or e-mail. Now, work orders are submitted by the store managers through this web-based system. Maintenance managers then assign the work order to the appropriate person or vendor, and all parties may add notes/updates to the work order as needed until the problem is resolved. This enterprise level Work Order System provides management with a permanent archive of all maintenance requests that are submitted and creates the ability to track work order status in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
